Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with StatSetter in four steps.

1. Create Your Account

  1. Go to app.statsetter.com
  2. Enter your name, email, and password
  3. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link
  4. You’re in — your 14-day free trial starts immediately

2. Set Up Your Team

After signing in, you’ll see the Dashboard. From here:

  1. Go to Manage Your Season in the sidebar
  2. Create a Season (e.g., “2025-2026”)
  3. Create a Team (your team name)
  4. Add Players — enter name, jersey number, and position for each player
    • You can also import players from a CSV file for bulk setup

3. Create Your First Match

  1. Click Matches in the sidebar
  2. Click + New Match
  3. Follow the wizard: select your season → tournament → team → enter opponent name and date
  4. Choose a match format: Best of 1, Best of 3, Best of 5, or 2-Set Round Robin

4. Start Tracking Stats

  1. Click Track Stats on your match
  2. Set up your starting lineup by clicking positions in the rotation grid
  3. Hit play on your video (if syncing with video)
  4. Record stats: Click a player → select court position → click the stat button
  5. Stats appear instantly in the event timeline on the right

That’s it! Your stats are auto-saved and synced to the cloud. You can close the browser and come back anytime.
