Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 22, 2026 · Last Updated: March 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StatSetter volleyball analytics platform, including the website at statsetter.com, the web application at app.statsetter.com, and the StatSetter mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), operated by StatSetter Inc. (“StatSetter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use StatSetter. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Coach and Club plan accounts must be created by individuals who are at least 18 years old.
2. Accounts & Organizations
2.1 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.2 Organizations
StatSetter uses an organization model. When you sign up, an organization is created for your account. On Coach and Club plans, you may invite other users to your organization. You are responsible for managing access to your organization’s data.
2.3 Email Verification
You must verify your email address before accessing the Service. We send a verification email upon registration; unverified accounts cannot use the platform.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
3.1 Plans
StatSetter offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free — $0/month. Limited to 1 team and 10 matches per month.
- Individual — $19.99/month. Single-player stat tracking, form analysis, and highlights.
- Coach — $49.99/month. 1 team with up to 12 players, video sync, and full analytics.
- Club — $299.99/month. Full organization management with multiple teams and API access.
We may modify plan features and pricing with 30 days’ notice. Changes do not affect your current billing period.
3.2 Billing & Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in Section 3.4.
3.3 Free Trial
New accounts may include a free trial period. No credit card is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free tier with applicable limitations.
3.4 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
4. Acceptable Use

5. Your Content & Data
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to StatSetter, including player data, match statistics, video clips, and annotations. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5.2 License to Us
By uploading content, you grant StatSetter a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This includes sending video clips to third-party AI services (Google Gemini) for analysis when you initiate such features.
5.3 Public Sharing
When you use public sharing features (stat snapshots, live scoreboard overlays), the shared data becomes accessible via public URLs. You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.
5.4 Data Export
You may export your statistical data at any time through the application’s export features.
6. Intellectual Property
The StatSetter platform, including its design, code, logos, branding (the “Cyber-Sport Command Center” design system), and documentation, is the intellectual property of StatSetter Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Services

Your use of these integrated services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Live Streaming
The StatSetter mobile app includes RTMP live streaming capabilities. You are solely responsible for the content of your live streams. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to stream volleyball matches, including any venue, league, or broadcasting restrictions that may apply. StatSetter does not record, store, or monitor your live stream content.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 “As Is” Service
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 AI Analysis
AI-powered features (form analysis, coaching insights) are provided for informational and coaching purposes only. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies. StatSetter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. Always use your own coaching judgment alongside AI recommendations.
9.3 Statistical Accuracy
StatSetter relies on user-entered data for statistics. We are not responsible for errors in manually recorded statistics. Automated stat tracking via AI video analysis is experimental and should be verified by users.
9.4 Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatSetter Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatSetter Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease immediately
- We will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to request an export
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StatSetter Inc. regarding the Service.
