AI Form Analysis

AI Form Analysis reviews short video clips of your players’ technique and provides detailed coaching feedback — body positioning, arm swing, timing, footwork, and more.

How It Works

  1. Record a short clip (up to 10 seconds) of a player performing a skill
  2. Select the skill type — attack or serve (with serve subtype)
  3. Submit for analysis — AI reviews the clip frame by frame
  4. Read the feedback — detailed coaching notes on technique, with suggestions for improvement

Tips for Best Results

  • Film from the side — a profile view captures the full body mechanics best
  • Keep it short — 3–5 seconds is ideal, one rep per clip
  • Good lighting — avoid backlit situations where the player is silhouetted
  • Steady camera — use a tripod or rest your phone on a stable surface
  • One player per clip — the AI focuses on the primary figure in frame
