Managing Your Roster

Adding Players

1. Go to Manage Your Season → select your team
2. Click Add Player
3. Enter:
   • Name (required)
   • Jersey Number (required)
   • Position (optional — setter, outside hitter, middle blocker, opposite, libero, defensive specialist)
4. Click Save

CSV Import

For bulk roster setup, import players from a CSV file:

1. Go to your team roster
2. Click Import CSV
3. Upload a CSV file with columns: name, jerseyNumber, position
4. Review the preview and confirm

Example CSV:

name,jerseyNumber,position
Sarah Johnson,7,Outside Hitter
Emily Chen,12,Setter
Maya Williams,3,Middle Blocker

Editing & Removing Players

• Click any player in the roster to edit their name, jersey number, or position
• Click Delete to remove a player

Caution

Deleting a player removes them from the roster but their stat events are preserved. You can still see their stats in reports.

Profile Pictures

Upload a profile picture for each player:

1. Click the player to edit
2. Click the avatar area to upload a photo
3. Supports JPEG, PNG, and WebP (max 2 MB)

Profile pictures appear in the rotation grid, event timeline, and player profiles.
