Inviting Team Members

Coaches on the Coach or Club plan can invite other people to their organization. Invited members can view stats, track during matches, and access all team data.

Sending an Invite

1. Go to Account in the sidebar
2. Scroll to Team Members
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
4. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives a branded email with a link to join your organization.

Accepting an Invite

When someone receives an invite:

1. They click the link in the email
2. If they don’t have a StatSetter account, they create one
3. They’re automatically added to your organization
4. They can now sign in and access all team data

Member Roles

Role	Permissions
Owner	Full access — billing, team management, invites, all features
Member	Full access to stat tracking, video, reports — cannot manage billing or invites

Managing Members

From the Team Members section in Account:

• View all current members and their roles
• Remove members who should no longer have access

Note

Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their account still exists — they just lose access to your organization’s data.

Limits

• Coach plan — invite assistant coaches and staff
• Club plan — invite unlimited members across the organization
• Free and Individual plans — team invites are not available
